2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Coverage exists only when a policy has been issued and is in force.

5. Licensing and availability

Products and services are available only in states where Osurity and the relevant representative are properly licensed and where the product is approved. Product features, riders and pricing vary by state and are subject to change by the issuing carrier.

6. How we are compensated

Osurity is an insurance broker. When a policy or annuity is placed through us, the issuing carrier pays us commission and may pay renewal or trail compensation. Commission levels differ between products and carriers. You do not pay us a separate fee for a consultation or a quote.

7. Information you submit

You agree that information you submit through any form on this site is accurate and is yours to provide. Do not send sensitive personal data — such as Social Security numbers, account numbers or medical records — through website forms or unencrypted email. Handling of the information you do submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use this site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or other users' data.

By providing your email address or phone number you consent to receive communications from us about your enquiry. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying to any such message or writing to info@osurity.com; we will still contact you where necessary to service an application or policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Osurity regarding this site.
