Landmark Capital Partners, LLC DBA Osurity Financial Services, DBA IUL USA ("Osurity", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing insurance services.

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, state of residence, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in a message or tell us on a call.
• Information needed for an application: if you choose to apply for coverage, the carrier's application will request date of birth, health history, occupation, income and beneficiary details. We collect this only for that purpose.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, collected automatically in server logs to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers or medical records through website forms. Please do not send them by email.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes or comparisons.
• To submit and service an insurance application you ask us to submit.
• To meet legal, licensing, anti-fraud and record-keeping obligations.
• To send you information about our services, where you have consented. You can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed:

• Insurance carriers and their underwriters, when you ask us to seek quotes or submit an application.
• Service providers that host this site, deliver email or store our records, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Regulators, auditors and law enforcement, where required by law or to investigate fraud.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies necessary to serve pages and keep them secure. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, this policy will be updated first and consent obtained where required. Most browsers let you block cookies, which may affect how the site works.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to five years. Records relating to an insurance application or an in-force policy are kept for the longer of the period required by state insurance law or the life of the policy plus applicable limitation periods.

6. Security

We use encrypted transport for this site, access controls and need-to-know limits on who can see your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
• Withdraw consent to marketing emails or calls at any time. Servicing messages about an application or policy will continue.

8. Telephone and text messages

If you provide a phone number, you consent to be contacted at that number about your enquiry, including by text where you have opted in. Reply STOP to any text to end messages. Message and data rates may apply.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Coverage on a minor is applied for by a parent or guardian.

10. Changes and contact
