Life insurance
The right amount, for the right number of years.
Most people are either uninsured or over-sold. Both are expensive. We size coverage to the obligation, then find the carrier that prices your profile best.

What decides your premium
Nothing here is a secret. Knowing the levers is how you avoid overpaying.
Age and gender
The single biggest lever. Rates step up sharply after 45, and each birthday is priced.
Build and blood pressure
Height, weight and readings taken at the exam or pulled from records set your rate class.
Nicotine use
Any nicotine in the last 12 months typically doubles or triples the premium. Cessation matters.
Family history
Cardiac events or cancer in a parent before 60 can move you down a class, not disqualify you.
Prescriptions and records
Carriers pull a prescription database. Disclose everything — nondisclosure is what voids claims.
Driving and avocations
DUIs, recent violations, aviation and scuba are rated separately from health.
Process
From first call to policy in force
Expect four to eight weeks end to end for a fully underwritten policy. Simplified-issue and accelerated paths can close in days at a higher cost per thousand.
